The use of my website (www.johanna-sonnenburg.de) is generally possible without providing personal data. In the event that personal data (e.g. name, address, email addresses, as part of an order for goods, opening an account and when registering for our newsletter) is collected on our site, this is done on a voluntary basis as far as possible (see Section 13 German Telemedia Act). Sensitive data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. The sending of unsolicited advertising and information materials by using the contact details disclosed as part of fulfilling the imprint obligation in accordance with Section 5 German Telemedia Act is hereby expressly prohibited. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, for example through spam emails (especially newsletters).
